Shop Lettuce understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

1. Items returned within 21 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit.
3. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving the package with photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item. Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome within 48 hrs.
